If your crystal has heavy scratches, you may need to use a deep scratch remover, such as Brasso, or even a fine wet and dry paper (500 or 1000grit) prior to a final polish with Polywatch.
Instructions for use: Apply PolyWatch Crystal Polish only to plastic/acrylic watch crystals. Polish the scratched areas with heavy pressure for 2-3 minutes with a clean, soft cotton cloth. Wipe off residue and give a final polish with a clean soft cotton cloth. Repeat application as necessary for deep scratches.
